What is your return policy?

Each step is listed along with the address for returns.

What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes from XS to 20, with detailed measurements listed in the product descriptions to help you find your perfect fit.

Can you help me with sizing?
The measurements are listed in the product description of each garment on our website. The measurements are actual GARMENT measurements. They are measured in centimetres taken from the garment lying flat then doubled to take into account the front and back (or full circumference). If you need help choosing a size, or would like any other measurements please just ask, we're happy to help you get it right.

Can I use a discount code on sale items?
Unfortunately not. Our sale items already have huge reductions on them so we can’t offer any further discounts. But you're most welcome to use it on all full priced items.

What are your shipping details?
- FREE shipping Australia wide on orders over $150 and up
- Standard Post $0.00-$99.99 cost is flat rate of $12.00 AUD
- Express Post is flat rate of $15.00 AUD
- Rest of World is flat rate of $40.00 AUD

- We ship Monday to Friday using Australia Post
- Orders received by 2.30pm will go same day
- Shipping is from Burleigh, Gold Coast, Australia 
- Email confirmation and tracking will be sent to your email once your order is processed (please check junk/spam if you can't locate it)

Shipping Time Frames
Delivery time frames are at the hands of Australia Post. We always ship same day or next day, depending on the time that the order is received. We want your beautiful garments to arrive as soon as possible so we work really hard to pick, pack and send them ASAP.

Custom fees?
Custom fees vary from country to country, we cannot approximate the cost of parcel. Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
